Every defect we find will be listed on your report in plain language which enables you to understand the report easily, the defects will be marked and photographed by the inspector so that the developer finds it easy to find and rectify the defects.

Prices are based on size and type of property and can be made in euros or pounds, all fees paid in advance of the inspection
