Over the last 4 years InspectaHomespain have had many articles published in the press and forums. 

InspectahomeSpain are the only company to publish results of their inspections in 2 surveys the first in 2005 a second just published, which analyised the results of checks on more than 1000 Spanish properties

Survey 2008 looks at 700 properties, checked over the period from April 2007 – December 2008, in the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa Almeria and Costa del Sol areas identifying the o most common defects and issues The survey includes a good cross section of results as they are based collected from properties built by 55 different developers, and  includes resorts and developments from Polaris World, Calidona, Taray, Peraleja Golf, United Golf Resort La Tercia, Hacienda Del Alamo,  Quara, Technologica, MASA, Urbanasa, KeyMare, Azul, Meriban, San Jose, Alfa Noray and San Antonio..

Survey 2005  The information in this report analyses information from 350 property inspections, completed over a 18 months period, looking at a total of 25900 snagging defects, an average of 79 per property, and proved that the typical snagging defects were common, and regardless, of the developer as properties inspected were built by 102 different developers or promoters as they are more commonly known as in Spain
